Overview
Small business owners have a lot to learn, especially when registering their businesses and getting it up and running. We want to be able to help set up small business owners that need to run payroll.
Responsibilities
I had to conduct in person research, and travel to user's homes and business to understand how they used the product. The product already exists, but it was my duty to improve the process of onboarding.
Impact
With a better onboarding process to help small business owners, we were able to help with a step by step guide to reduce confusion.
We provide step by step instructions
To be able to quickly set up a business on QuickBooks, we set up simple guidelines for payroll. Most of this information can be used across the product in other areas once uploaded.
Users can track their payroll process and set up step by step for their new business
Making a new business can be daunting, and to help aid with setting up payroll, users can connect a bang account right away.
